Despite his gratitude for my knowledge and experience, he believed the public belief was that anyone could stamp a document that required a notary seal. </span> </span> </p> <p> <span> <br/> </span> </p> <p> <span> The client's father inquired about my feelings on a mobile notary being a commodity and whether I believe that experience matters when people are seeking for one. My answer was a resounding YES! </span> </p> <p> <span> <br/> </span> </p> <p> <span> A client who requires a mobile notary for a Power of Attorney for a sick and ailing parent would often look for someone with experience with this type of mobile notary, such as myself. Clients frequently read my ratings and question about my experience with Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Care Directives. It is critical for the client that the individual signing the Power of Attorney is treated with care and that the paperwork is properly filled out and notarized. There are additional unique notary laws that must be observed by this form of notary. A customer may, for example, request that the mobile notary provide the Power of Attorney form. It is deemed criminal practice of law to serve as a mobile notary rather than an attorney. Only an attorney would be familiar with the many different types of Power of Attorney documents. I would never give a client the incorrect type of Power of Attorney.
